The cost of delivery is £40. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 8.00pm. Week end deliveries are available on special request and may occur additional charges. All orders require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is there to collect and sign for the delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and type of product you are looking to purchase. This could be within 7 to 10 working days on express items, or up to 14 working days on larger more time intensive products.
The delivery time and availability of each product is clearly stated under ‘More Info’, which provides details of the stock position and expected delivery time measured in working days. If for any reason the quoted time period cannot be met, you would be contacted immediately
To ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery service, we have broken the delivery procedure into 3 simple steps:
STEP 1. Order Acknowledgement
On receipt of your order, we will send an order acknowledgement by email. The acknowledgement will give you full details of the item(s) you have purchased. Please take time to carefully check:
A. Your name, delivery address, telephone numbers and postcode are correct. B. The products are correct, (including colours, quantities required etc.) C. The financial details total correctly.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement or if you find any errors, phone our sales office immediately on 0700 345 0779 (Mon - Sat 09.00 until 17.00).
STEP 2. Dispatch arrangements
As soon as your goods are ready for dispatch the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient day for the delivery to your home.
In the case of smaller items such as bedding and headboards dispatch may take place without contact being established. You can choose to have them delivered to your place of work for added convenience.
STEP 3. Delivery of your Goods
Following successful completion of steps 1 and 2 delivery will take place on the confirmed day.
In the event that you miss your delivery, a card will be left with contact details to re-arrange delivery / collection for a convenient day (this could incur additional costs).
Q. Will you take my new bed upstairs, when you deliver? Yes, the delivery team will deliver your purchase into a room of your choice, whether up or down stairs.
Q. Could you remove my old bed when you deliver? No, unfortunately we cannot remove old beds. However, most good councils offer a furniture removal service that will arrange disposal of such items.
Q. Can you deliver outside mainland UK? Yes, we can arrange deliveries to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands for a small additional cost. Please call our sales team today on 0700 345 0779 for more details.
